A.M. Landshaper had the opportunity in 2017 to completely renovate the natural grass playing surface at the Seattle Mariners’ T-Mobile Park, then Safeco Field. Although only 3 weeks of offseason time were available to complete the work, owner Mark and the team were up to the challenge and achieved a professional-spec finish grade to a tolerance of 1/8” across the entire field surface.

Our work included surface reconstruction with removal of the entire root zone, irrigation modifications, new top soil, finish grading to prepare the surface for new natural grass installation, and infield clay.
